In-House Carpentry, Metalwork & Finishing — exhibition stall work by Trade Show Stall

In-House Carpentry, Metalwork & Finishing

Fabrication happens under the same roof as design, so the team building your stall is working from the same files and material references used to produce the 3D concept — not a set of drawings handed off to a third-party workshop.

That matters most on details a subcontracted build tends to miss: brand-accurate paint mixing, consistent joinery finish across panels, and hardware that matches what was specified rather than a close substitute.

Material & Finish Selection — exhibition stall work by Trade Show Stall

Material & Finish Selection

Material choice is driven by two things: what the render specified, and what will hold up through repeated use if the structure is meant to be reused across shows. Veneers, laminates, fabric panels and metal finishes are sourced to match approved samples, not the closest available stock.

For structures that will be dismantled and rebuilt at future shows, we flag which materials tolerate repeated assembly and which don't — better to know that at the fabrication stage than after the second show.

Tolerances for Reused & Rebuilt Structures

A stall that only needs to survive one installation can be built looser than one that will be assembled and dismantled repeatedly across a season of shows.

01

Joint Tolerance

Panel joints built to withstand repeated assembly without warping or gapping.

02

Hardware Grade

Connectors and fittings rated for the number of rebuilds the structure will see.

03

Finish Durability

Surface finishes chosen to resist transport handling, not just showroom conditions.
