Installation & Dismantling
On-Site Installation Timed to Your Venue's Move-In Window
Delivery, assembly and teardown handled by crews who already know the hall — timed to the access windows each venue gives exhibitors, not a generic schedule.
Delivery & On-Site Assembly
Fabricated components are transported and assembled directly at your booth position, following the same sequence used during test-assembly at the workshop. That test-fit step catches fitting issues before they show up on a tight overnight schedule.
Crews work to each venue's specific move-in rules — some halls allow overnight access, others restrict build hours to a narrow daytime window — so the schedule is built around what's actually permitted, not assumed.
How it runs
Installation & Dismantling Timeline
The same three-stage sequence applies whether it's a single-day corner stand or a multi-day island build.
Delivery
Components transported to the hall ahead of the confirmed access window.
Assembly
On-site build following the tested sequence from workshop fit-check.
Dismantle
Teardown and removal scheduled within the venue's move-out window.
Two-Storey & Complex Structural Builds
Multi-storey and large island stalls need a longer, more carefully sequenced install — structural framing goes up first, followed by upper-level flooring and railings, then finishes and branding. We plan these installs with buffer time built in for structural inspection where the venue requires it.
For a two-storey booth like the one shown here, that typically means a two-to-three day install window rather than a single overnight build.
