Trade Show Stall exists because exhibitors kept juggling separate designers, workshops and installation contractors for a single booth. As an exhibition stall design company and exhibition booth contractor with 8 years of combined experience, we brought all three in-house.

A Registered Pakistani Exhibition Stall Company
Trade Show Stall is a registered exhibition stall design, fabrication and installation company operating under the name Trade Show Stall, with 8 years of combined experience delivering booths for exhibitors across Pakistan from our offices and in-house fabrication units in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. We are not a broker or a listing site — design, 3D visualization, fabrication and on-site installation are carried out by our own team, whether the venue is in Karachi or a booth we've transported to Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad or Bahawalpur.

Why One Team, Not Three Vendors
Most exhibition stalls pass through at least three separate businesses before they reach the show floor — a design studio, an independent fabrication workshop, and a local installation contractor. Every handoff between them is a chance for something to get lost: a material spec, a dimension, a deadline.
We run all three under one roof instead. The person who draws your floor plan is working with the same team that will cut the panels and the same crew that will install them at your venue — which means fewer surprises and one point of contact for the whole project.

Where We Work
Everything is fabricated from our own office in Karachi. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are our primary markets, where our own crews handle on-site installation directly. For Multan, Bahawalpur and Faisalabad, stalls are built at one of our in-house fabrication units (Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad), transported to the venue, and installed by our in-house crew — not handed off to a local subcontractor at any stage.
