Held annually since 2003 and organized by the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. A common choice for smaller stands and consumer-facing exhibitors.
Dawn Lifestyle
A lifestyle exhibition theme at Karachi Expo Centre that suits retail, fashion and home brands.
IDEAS
International defence exhibition, held every two years in November, with the next edition in 2026.
Textile Asia
A major textile event at the Expo Centre, suited to fabric and garment exporters.
Pakistan Lifestyle Furniture Expo

What to build
Booth-Building Suggestions by Karachi Show
- My Karachi and other consumer shows: prioritize an open corner or peninsula layout. Foot traffic is heavy and a closed-off design loses casual browsers.
- IDEAS and other large industrial or defence exhibitions: build in extra structural clearance for equipment displays and confirm security and access requirements early, since these shows run stricter entry procedures than a standard trade fair.
- Textile Asia in more than one city: a modular frame with swappable graphics is usually more cost-effective than three separate custom builds.
- Dawn Lifestyle Exhibition: brand-forward display walls suit consumer fashion and lifestyle exhibitors.

Working backwards
When to Start Your Stand for Each Show
For a custom stall, brief your stand builder at least six to eight weeks before move-in. That leaves time for concept approval, graphics and fabrication. For a show in early December, that means starting in October. For IDEAS in late November, start by early October at the latest.
