Pricing Guide
What Does an Exhibition Stall Cost in Pakistan?
A realistic breakdown of what drives exhibition stall pricing — size, materials, design complexity, lighting, transport, venue and reuse — so you can budget before requesting a quote.
Custom build
The short answer
PKR 50,000 to PKR 500,000+, Depending on Scope
Most exhibition stalls in Pakistan cost somewhere between PKR 50,000 and PKR 500,000. A small modular corner stand for a regional fair sits at the lower end. A large custom island stand or a multi-storey structure with premium finishes sits at the upper end or beyond.
Pricing isn't fixed because no two booths are the same — the factors below are what actually move the number up or down.
Cost factors
What Actually Drives the Price
Seven factors account for most of the difference between a budget stand and a flagship build.
Booth Size
The single biggest driver — a 3x3 corner stand and a 6x6 island stand aren't in the same price range.
Structural Complexity
Single-storey vs multi-storey, straight walls vs curved forms, open vs enclosed meeting rooms — complexity adds engineering and build time.
Materials & Finishes
Laminate and standard paint cost less than veneer, brass detailing or premium fabric panels.
Lighting & AV
Basic spot lighting is inexpensive; custom-lit displays, LED walls and screen integration add cost quickly.
Transport & Venue
Venue access rules, move-in windows and distance from our workshop affect logistics cost.
Timeline Urgency
A standard 15-day-to-a-month schedule costs less than a rushed build needing overtime production.
Custom vs Modular: Different Cost Curves
A one-off custom stall is usually cheaper the first time you exhibit, since there's no reusable frame to invest in upfront. A modular system costs more initially — commonly PKR 150,000–500,000 depending on size — but that cost is spread across every future show, since only graphics and minor updates need reproducing after the first build.
If you exhibit at three or more shows a year, a modular system usually works out cheaper per show. If it's a one-time exhibition, a custom stall is often the more cost-effective choice. See our modular exhibition booths page for more detail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Per show, often yes for repeat exhibitors — but the first build can cost more upfront than a simple custom stand. Modular systems pay off once reused across three or more shows.
Yes. Tighter move-in windows, multi-storey structural rules, or venues with stricter access procedures can add labour and transport cost compared to a straightforward single-storey hall stand.
Booth size, structural complexity (especially multi-storey builds), premium materials and finishes, custom lighting and AV, and urgent timelines that require overtime production.
