Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 21 August 2026. These terms apply to design, fabrication, branding and installation projects booked with Trade Show Stall through this website or directly with our team.
1. About us
Trade Show Stall is an exhibition stall design, fabrication and installation company serving exhibitors across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Bahawalpur and Faisalabad. Enquiries can be directed to projects@tradeshowstall.com or 0335 2062771.
2. Quotations and pricing
Quotations are based on the booth size, materials, design complexity and timeline described at the time of enquiry. Final pricing is confirmed once a 3D design concept is approved, since material and structural requirements can change during the design process. Typical project costs range from approximately PKR 50,000 to PKR 500,000 depending on scope — see our cost guide for details.
3. Project process and approvals
We work in stages — floor plan, 3D concept, fabrication, then installation — and share progress with you at each stage. Fabrication does not begin until you have approved the final 3D concept and dimensions in writing (including by email or WhatsApp confirmation). Changes requested after approval may affect timeline and cost.
4. Timeline
Standard projects run approximately 15 days to one month from approved design to installation, depending on booth size and complexity. Timelines depend on timely client approvals, accurate venue information, and confirmed show dates. Delays in approvals or information from the client's side may extend the delivery timeline.
5. Venue access and installation
Installation and dismantling are scheduled around the move-in and move-out windows set by the venue or event organizer. The client is responsible for providing accurate venue access details, booth number and any organizer-specific requirements. Trade Show Stall is not responsible for delays caused by venue access restrictions, organizer scheduling changes, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Payment
Payment terms (including any deposit required to begin design or fabrication) are confirmed directly with the client for each project before work begins. Specific payment schedules are not fixed on this page and will be agreed in writing per project.
7. Ownership and reuse
Custom designs, renders and structures produced for a client's project are intended for that client's use. Modular systems and reusable components remain fit for the client's future shows as agreed at the time of booking. Trade Show Stall may photograph completed projects for use in our own portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
While we take care to fabricate and install every stall to the approved specification, Trade Show Stall's liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the value of that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business opportunities at an event, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
