Engineering & Machinery Exhibition Stall Design in Pakistan
Heavy equipment changes the stand brief. Plan floor load, access and demonstration before choosing a style.

Questions That Shape the Design
- How heavy is each machine, and how is it moved onto the floor?
- Does the equipment need power, water or ventilation at the stand?
- Do you demonstrate live or show a static unit?
- How many buyers will you meet at once?
Design
Layout Principles
Place the machine where it can be seen from the aisle, keep a clear walkway around it and put meeting tables on the quieter side. Large-format graphics explain specifications without crowding. For open positions see 6x6 island stalls; for big footprints consider a two-storey format.
Standard single-storey stalls need 2–5 weeks from brief to install; two-storey builds need 6–8 weeks. Budgets follow our Pakistan cost guide: PKR 50,000–150,000 for 3x3 up to PKR 420,000–500,000+ for flagship stands.

Practical Notes for Industrial Exhibitors
Industrial visitors want to see equipment working and speak to someone who can answer technical questions. Plan the stand around a clear demonstration spot, with space for a small group to stand safely and see. Keep walkways wide enough that a visitor can leave without squeezing past a machine.
Tell your builder early about floor load, power requirements, ventilation and any water or air connections. Heavy items may need reinforced flooring or a ramp, and the route from the loading area to your stand should be checked in advance. Equipment weights and dimensions should be written into the brief, not described as “large”.
Use graphics to carry technical detail so that staff can spend their time on conversations. Large, readable specifications behind the machine, a short video on a screen and a take-away datasheet cover most needs. For HVACR, oil and gas and industrial automation shows alike, the best stands feel organised, safe and easy to understand in seconds.
