Choosing a size

How to Decide How Much Space You Need

01

Start from your goal

A lead-capture stand needs queueing space and a counter. A product-demo stand needs floor area around the product.

02

Count your staff

Plan for the people on the stand at peak times, not the average. Crowded stands put visitors off.

03

List what must fit

Counter, screens, products, storage and seating. Draw them first, then pick the smallest size that works.

04

Think about open sides

A corner or island position shows your stand from more directions, which can justify a bigger footprint. See our stall types guide.

05

Check the hall

Larger halls make island and two-storey stands easier to place. Ask the organizer which positions remain.

06

Match the budget

Larger stands cost less per square metre, but total spend still rises, so set the budget before the size.

Popular formats

Two Formats We Build Most Often

9 sqm corner stand: compact, economical and well suited to launches. A strong feature wall and a good counter matter more than extra space.

18 sqm island stand: our custom 6x3 island booth starts from PKR 220,000 with a build time of 15 to 20 working days, and is open on all four sides.

For repeat shows, a modular booth lets you resize between events.
