What to Know About Expo Centre Lahore
Expo Centre Lahore hosts many of the country’s trade shows. Published venue information describes main halls with a height of roughly 10.6 m and a mezzanine level of roughly 4 m. Those figures matter because they set what height of structure, hanging sign or two-storey stand might be possible in each location. Your organiser sets the actual stand-height limit, so ask before design starts.

Which Stall Format Suits a Lahore Show?
Small exhibitors do well with a 3x3 stall; established brands often choose a 6x6 island. Where the hall allows it, a double-decker creates a landmark.

Move-In, Logistics and Common Mistakes
Most problems at a venue are logistical, not creative. Before the show, ask the organiser for the move-in schedule, the loading route and the rules on freight lifts, and agree with your builder who is on site at each step. Large panels and structural parts should be sized to pass through doors, and finished surfaces need protection while they travel.
The mistakes we see most often are the same everywhere: approving a design before checking the stand-height limit, leaving graphics approval until the last week, forgetting that electrical connections are ordered through the organiser, and planning a stand so full of product that there is no room for conversation. Lahore shows also draw buyers from across Punjab, so signage that works from a distance matters more than small print.
Finally, plan the end of the show. Dismantling usually has a strict window, so decide in advance whether the stand is stored, reused or scrapped. A stand designed with modular parts can return for the next exhibition at a lower cost than a new build.
