Before design

Questions to Settle First

  • What are the stand-height, flooring and electrical rules in the exhibitor manual?
  • Is your space a shell scheme or raw floor? See our comparison.
  • What is the move-in and dismantling window?
  • Which stand position do you have: inline, corner or island?

Timing and budget

Build Time and Cost

Questions

Pak-China Friendship Centre Exhibitor Guide FAQ

Yes. Our Islamabad page explains delivery and installation.

No, space is paid to the organiser.

2–5 weeks for standard stalls, 6–8 weeks for two-storey.

Making the Most of Your Space

Whatever the hall, a good Islamabad stand follows the same logic: attract from the aisle, convert at the counter and close in the meeting corner. Islamabad shows attract government, institutional and corporate visitors, so a calm, credible stand with a place to sit and talk often performs better than a loud one.

Ask the organiser for the floor plan early, because your position decides the format. An inline position suits a compact 3x3 stall; a corner or island opens the door to a zoned layout like our 6x6 plan. Check lighting and power availability in the exhibitor manual and tell your builder if you plan screens or demonstrations.

Transport from our workshop to Islamabad is part of the project plan, and we schedule delivery around the move-in window rather than the other way round. We do not state venue rules we have not verified; your exhibitor manual is the final authority on heights, drilling and electrics.
